Trees Atlanta TreeHouse Volunteer
TreeHouse Volunteers assist with programming and guest relations at the Trees Atlanta TreeHouse, our new education headquarters that sits right on the Atlanta BeltLine. TreeHouse Volunteers can support our programs in many ways, and we will work with you to help you choose your best fit.
Some activities with which TreeHouse Volunteers assist:
- Inform visitors about Trees Atlanta and the Atlanta BeltLine Arboretum
- Prepare materials for educational activities hosted at the TreeHouse
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Help prepare and oversee special events at the TreeHouse
We are looking for friendly volunteers over the age of 16 to assist with our education programs. A background check is required prior to your first visit as a TreeHouse volunteer. Once you have passed the background check, you will receive instruction and be invited to visit the TreeHouse for a brief orientation.
We are somewhat flexible with times and would welcome assistance when it works best for you.
This volunteer role will be mostly indoors, but please wear comfortable shoes in case you have the opportunity to help with a project outdoors. A reusable water bottle and snacks are a good idea as well.
