ORGANIZATION: STEM Tech Neighborhood Academy

Greet students, parents and all guests with a warm and friendly smile. Offers courteous and helpful assistance, and answer questions about specific programs, service and events.

Ascertain guest’s visit status and process new guests through STEM Tech self-registration process. Monitor and coordinate orderly movement of students and guests entering and exiting the facility during gathering capacities. Provides exemplary guest service at all times and look out for potential guest service opportunities to accomodate our guest’s with a positive learning experience.

Surprise a guest with a gift certificate, gift card or other approved on-the-spot-award who shares a genuine smile, is cooperative and demonstrates respectful behavior reflective of good conduct for a friendly learning environment.

Help maintain a clean environment, constantly monitoring areas and surroundings for trash or debris and assist with its removal. Operate audio/visual systems and other guests support equipment, calendars and displays to support guest visits. Understands and actively participate in health, safety and facility maintenance.

Performs other duties as required.

Encourage disadvantaged youth to engage in action-packed STEM programs and activities as a hands-on learning experience, and alternative to criminal activities doing unsupervised after school hours.
