Cancer Support Community (CSC) is an international non-profit organization dedicated to providing free emotional support, education and hope for people with cancer and their loved ones. Volunteers play a vital role in our organization. Your volunteer time will help make a difference in the lives of people living with cancer who come to the Cancer Support Community Central Ohio for emotional support, education and hope.
We're in need of the following Live Auction Volunteers for this year's Night of Chocolate fundraising celebration being hosted at the exquisite Hollywood Casino Columbus:
LIVE AUCTION ASSISTANT
Live Auction volunteers are responsible for executing a profitable and well-run live auction at Night of Chocolate. This involves many tasks including maintaining the live auction item displays, answering questions guests have about the live auction items, spotting and recording winning bidder numbers and bid amounts, transporting auction items from their display location to the check-out area, providing information about auction winners to the cashiers, and fetching items to give to winners. If you’re quick on your feet and are good at interacting with people, you will be perfect for this position!
