Mission Statement

To serve the special needs of Armed Forces personnel and their families as they transit the airport facilities of Sea-Tac International and McChord Air Force Base. To provide services, free of charge, in a safe, comfortable and supportive environment. To express the appreciation of a grateful nation to its sons and daughters who daily face harm and hardship so we may live in peace.

Russell USO Center is open 24 hours a day and is located on the 2nd floor at the Sea-Tac International Airport. The center offers food, beverages, television, books, e-mail access, sleeping facilities, showers, toiletries, cribs and infant supplies, and information for traveling military and their families.
