Mock Interviews

Volunteers will complete a mock interview with a student to help him/her prepare for employment. Volunteers should be knowledgable on interview etiquette, and comfortable giving both positive and critical feedback in a tactful way.

These mock interviews are the culmination of our four-week career training classes, designed to help low-income adults find better opportunities in the workforce. Our students greatly value the experience, especially the opportunity to get feedback from individuals who actually conduct interviews in the "real world."

Interviews are scheduled every 4 weeks during daytime, usually afternoon hours. Please call 612-287-1386 for specific dates and locations.
