As part of our Youth Department, you will be involved in:
- Member Engagement--Connect with members and make them feel welcome.
- Role model the Y’s core values.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone.
- Greet members at the Climbing Wall.
- Help individuals or groups with instruction and belay. Assist members with basic skills about climbing techniques and use of the climbing wall.
