Our volunteers are a critical part of our care team, serving our patients and their families in both direct care and supporting roles. However you choose to volunteer at Guardian Hospice, there is a place for you. Whether you want to work directly with our patients and families, or in another role, you can make a difference in someone's life!
Guardian Hospice volunteers give unselfishly of their time and talents to assist others. Our volunteers are the heartbeat of hospice care, providing hope and support to patients, their families, and hospice staff. Few things are more rewarding than offering your time and energy to care for others.
"The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, and to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well."--Ralph Waldo Emerson
