Is landscaping and keeping the environment clean important to you?
Is working outdoors something you enjoy?
Need to do something weekends outside the office or home?

Grace And Truth Community Development Corporation is seeking VOLUNTEERS to assist with landscape and property upkeep within the community. Future sites of affordable housing, independent-living seniors and family housing are some of our projects. Together we will mow lawns, trim shrubs, pull weeds, and clear up existing rubbish.

A few hours of your time will go a long way in assisting Grace And Truth CDC achieve our mission.

• We ask that you come prepared -- wear close-toed shoes (preferably work boots) and clothes that protect you from the sun and bugs, and even a hat -- be sure you don’t mind getting dirty. Work gloves, bug spray, and sunscreen, or specific yard tools you favor, please feel free to bring them along!

• We are unable to provide transportation -- we will provide gloves, masks, gardens tools, cold water. We plan for a great atmosphere of community working together. Feel free to bring your friends!

• When you are free to join us, just come out anytime between 8:00a.m.-1:00p.m. on the Fourth Sunday monthly unless there is other notice. We will need to know that you will join us so that we are prepared to receive your help!
