To this end, Tuck-in Call Volunteers contact family members and caregivers of our patients on a weekly basis in our administrative office, providing a listening ear and additional emotional support for those on the hospice journey receiving care. Training for this opportunity is provided, including the development of a phone contact script and enhancement of one's listening skills.
