Current Heart of Habitat Restore

We're looking for someone to help us celebrate! This is an opportunity to plan activities to highlight holidays, seasons, volunteer birthdays or achievements in the ReStore. Help us decorate the sales floor! Assist with providing food or planning menues for special events. Work with the Volunteer Coordinator to promote training, volunteer events, and build teamwork and morale.

Lorain County Habitat for Humanity is seeking to put God's love into action by bringing people together to build homes, communities, and hope. Our vision is a world where everyone has a decent place to live.

Description

Lorain County Habitat for Humanity builds decent, affordable houses for partner families that otherwise could not own their own homes. We do this by relying on volunteer labor, donated land and materials, and money generated by operating our ReStore. The ReStore sells donated materials to the public for a fraction of retail cost, makes DIY supplies available and affordable to anyone, keeps thousands of pounds of material out of the landfills, and provides rewarding volunteer/community service opportunities. All ReStore profits go towards HFH construction in Lorain County. Join us!
