Florida Botanical Gardens Foundation


Landscape volunteer opportunities at the Florida Botanical Gardens involve working in a group that assists the Parks Department staff maintain the landscape at the Florida Botanical Gardens. This work is outdoors in the garden landscape and requires the ability to perform normal garden tasks such as mulching, weeding and planting new plants.

We have volunteer opportunities Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to noon.

Monday: General Landscape

Tuesday: Herb Garden

Tropical Fruit Garden

Wednesday: General Landscape

Native Plant Garden

Thursday: General Landscape

  • Background Check
  • Must be at least 18
  • Orientation or Training
  • Minimum of 4 hours per week.
