Would you like to be part of the Circle of Care that Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care provides to our patients and their loved oness? Seasons Hospice is in need of volunteers to assist with check-in phone calls on Wednesday mornings throughout the pandemic. You'll be checking in on the loved ones of our patients who are providing care at home to see how they are coping and to see if they have any concerns. A willingness to listen is all that is required. You will be checking to see if they need any additional medicine, supplies, or additional support from our hospice team. These calls will be made from home during the pandemic and in our Belcamp office after the pandemic is over. You must have a windows computer to document your calls. To become a Circle of Care caller, contact Seasons Hospice today at 888-523-6000. Our patients and their caregivers look forward to these call each week. Show you care.
