REPORT TIME 4:00 P.M.

Volunteers must SIGN IN at Northwest Gate for Jonathan Spikes Foundation

Parking is free for all volunteers. Parking is at Calder Race Track

MUST HAVE PICTURE ID with Date of Birth for entry.

ARRIVAL

BE ON TIME! - The report time is the time the entire group should be in the assigned stand. All members need to be on time. To ensure success and a pleasurable experience for all guests and for you, our AWESOME volunteers, it is imperative to arrive on time. Any problems call me Jonathan 305 772 8270

PARKING

Parking is free for all volunteers. You’ll be directed to park by staff. Get on the shuttle bus which will take you to Sun Life Stadium, Northwest Gate. You will want to be parked prior to reporting time so you are through check-in at Northwest Gate and upstairs at the scheduled report time.

SIGN-IN

All group members must sign-in at Northwest Gate. You will show picture ID and documentation of date of birth, sign the sign-in sheet, obtain a badge, and then proceed to security to get into the stadium. If you do not sign-in, Jonathan Spikes Foundation cannot get credit.

The Uniform consists of: YOU MUST BE IN UNIFORM

• White t-shirt (plain solid white)
• Black Dress pants appropriately fitted (Dickies or Dockers)
• Clean, solid black, rubber-soled shoes
• Black socks or stockings
• Valid picture ID stating Date of Birth
