We have many opportunities available for volunteers! You can be apart of making a difference in the lives of abused horses.
Volunteers are needed for farm work which includes mucking stalls and paddocks, turning horses in/out, feeding hay, filling water buckets, scrubbing feed buckets, sweeping the barn aisle, and stacking hay! This is labor intensive and while horse experience is preferred we are happy to train you. You must be reliable, the horses have to be fed on a certain schedule and we count on volunteers showing up for their asigned shifts. Volunteers must be 18 years or older, unless accompanied by an adult, please contact us for more details.

This is helping with mucking stalls, picking paddocks and grooming horses.

Mission Statement
Mylestone Equine Rescue has been helping horses since 1994. Mylestone is a non-profit 501c3 charity located in Phillipsburg NJ. Mylestone is an all-breed horse rescue dedicated to helping abused, neglected and unwanted horses. Our goal is to educate the public to the plight and suffering of unwanted horses. We hope to adopt the horses into new homes, but if suitable homes can’t be found we will provide sanctuary for the horses for the rest of their lives.
