Cornerstone HOspice is looking to start pet therapy with some of our patients. If you or someone you know has a pet that is certified and up to date on all shots. Please contact Missy @ (918)641-5192 or stop by the office @ 3414 SE Kentucky. We are located behind Jane Phillips Hospital on the corner of Katherine and Kentucky.

Description
Hospice is a comprehensive care program designed to provide comfort to the mind, body, and spirit of a patient with a life limiting illness. Cornerstone's hospice program provides the individual care our patients require, while allowing them to remain in their place of residence, preserving dignity and quality of life. Our diverse, professional team works closely with each family to develop an individualized plan for hospice care. Our Team Members consist of: Attending Physician, Hospice Medical Director, Nurses, Home Health Aides, Social Worker, Chaplain, and Volunteers.
