Catholic Charities is eligible to receive a large quantity of food each month for distribution to our food pantry clients. Once each month, usually on the last Wednesday, we will have an appointment to go to Second Harvest to retrieve this food. We are in need of a volunteer who can pick up a rented box truck (we arrange that) drive to Second Harvest, wait while they load the truck and then drive it to our location on S Church St. This is a great opportunity to serve with a minimal time commitment.
