Have you thought about getting involved in Hospice? There are so many ways to be of service in your communities.
Companionship volunteers visit with patients and families several times a month. Your length of visit depends on your schedule and your patients need. Sometimes the visits are as short as 15 minutes other times you may visit for 2 hours! It's as simple as reading the mail, playing cards or going through old pictures!
