Volunteers are needed to staff the TURN Festival Circle City’s celebration of urban sustainability - farm, food, health and environment. The TURN Festival - Transforming Urban Neighborhoods, is a free, one-day event focused on urban farming, food, health and the environment. Attendees are offered over 50 hands-on demonstrations, exhibits, children’s activities, music, Sun King and food trucks. With entertainment from Bigfoot Yancey, Joshua Powell & the Great Train Robbery, Luke Knight and Von Strantz on the Square Cat Records stage. Chris Baggott of Tyner Pond Farm launches Saturday’s activities at 10 a.m. with a keynote presentation. www.TURNFestival.com
