Volunteers needed to assist at a 8 week parenting class. Volunteers will provide enrichment activities for children while their parents attend class. The classes are held every week on Wednesday's from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Ending May 10, 2017. A 8 week commitment is preferred, but we will work with you if you cannot make each week.

Description
KidsFirst is a counseling and family resource center that provides family support services. Our mission is to end child abuse and neglect. We have a vision that all children live in a safe, healthy, and nurturing home. We provide families with community resources and engaging programs, strengthening and empowering the families.
What does KidsFirst do?
- Coaches parents experiencing parenting or family challenges
- Enrolls children in low/no-cost health insurance
- Treats children who are victims of abuse or trauma
- Educates the community about how to keep children safe
- Provides information about the services available when difficulties arise
