DrawBridge is a nonprofit agency that serves the Bay Area with expressive, non-directed art programs for homeless and other underserved children ages 4-18. We collaborate with homeless and emergency shelters and low-income housing facilities to bring art programs to the children, giving them a safe, supportive environment in which to express themselves and find the joy in creating art. We are currently seeking a volunteer to join a group that meets Mondays from 7-8 p.m.in San Jose. Volunteers work with a facilitator to guide and give positive reinforcement to the young participants. Please visit us at www.drawbridge.org.
