Navigators are well prepared with training including shadowing an experienced Navigator prior to working with neighbors. These services take place in a confidential setting at the HelpLink office.

About Family Partnership Grand Traverse
Location:
1105 E. Front Street, Traverse City, MI 49686, US
Mission Statement
Providing long term individual or family mentoring for people determined to reach their full potential through a helping hand relationship. Mentoring partners are selected and matched for compatibility.
Description
Family Partnership provides longer-term support through mentoring. Trained mentors empower those they work with to identify and set goals, identify and overcome road blocks, discover their talents and strengths, and work together on a plan for reaching their goals. They begin to expand their personal network to include a more diverse group of people, which is statistically a key in the journey of exiting poverty.
