Less than 10% of students in high school opt for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) tracks in college. Only 1/3rd of US STEM jobs in 2018 will be filled by US workers. Its a national priority to bridge this STEM workforce gap. Providing real world connections early on gives students the knowledge and the inspiration to aspire for such careers.   • Did you have any role models or influencers in your life that helped make the decision?
  • What kind of team do you work on and what is your role on the team?

  • How is what I'm learning applied to what you do?
  • What is the most fun thing about your job?
