PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Health and Safety Services Instructor is responsible for training community members using interactive hands-on teaching methodologies. Instructor will teach First Aid/CPR/AED at the Lay Responder, Professional Rescuer level, as well as additional specialt
OPEN TIME DAYS
Instructors must teach within appropriate payroll hour system (see guidelines).
REQUIRED TRAINING- Orientation to American Red Cross (video online)
- Must be 16 years of age
- Experience in training, teaching or adult education, preferred but not required
- 3 hours, online training
- 16hours, intheclass training
- Must pass skills screening and written test for instructor course
