PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Provide Health Services support utilizing protocols of the American Red Cross. Disaster Health Services (DHS) Responders provide health services to clients and staff at various assignment settings including shelters, emergency aid stations, respite and service centers.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Occasional on-call service is expected of Health Services responders. Evening and weekend availability desirable during disaster response.
Job specific training is offered, free of charge, to all volunteers
