UniversalGiving Corporate provides Strategy, Operations, and NGO Vetting to scale companies’ CSR programs in more than 120 countries; our Corporate Services allow us to become self-sustaining. The CSR Intern will conduct in-depth research in order to develop new corporate relationships. You will research companies’ CSR initiatives and maintain the Salesforce Corporate Opportunity Tracker. Interns must be able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment . With proven track record, you will be trained in other aspects of Corporate Services. This is a great opportunity to work with a team that has more than 80 years of global expertise.

As a UniversalGiving intern, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse, passionate team representing over 25 cultures. Responsibilities:

• Research new prospective corporate partners
• Maintain corporate outreach templates

• Update corporate records and reports in Salesforce

• Maintain corporate opportunity reports in Salesforce

• Update corporate documents and manual
• Post CSR news, trends, and client accomplishments on Social Media
• Set up calls with potential partner organizations

• Other duties related to operations and administration

With proven track record:

• Special CSR projects as needed on an on-going basis

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to self direct work and manage independent deadlines
• Flexibility and adaptability to change
• Commitment to using and updating Salesforce, our Relationship Database
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Duration: Minimum 15-20 hours per week required for the duration of the internship, at least a minimum of 3 to 4 months. Ideal candidates are available to work out of our San Francisco office 3-4 days/week (Monday through Friday).
