The Program Coordinator will be a creative individual able to work with minimum supervision and coordinate the Work in Progress/Pathways to Employment Project.

The Program Coordinator should have excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills, be initiative driven and exude a professional appearance. Spanish speaking a plus.

Responsibilities include: Working with MenzFit facilitators to schedule workshop dates and times, working with MenzFit community partners regarding workshops schedules, coordinating all paperwork for clients that attend, reporting on outcomes and job placements and maintaining contact with clients up to 120 days, and coordinating with MenzFit's Professional Menz Group (PMG) to refer working clients.
