Wordprocessing/formatting a document for a book

If you'd like to help with this this volunteer opportunity today, we'd really appreciate it. You'll convert an on-line document we wrote into a kindle e-book or kindle paperback following the formatting requirements by Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP).

Often this is done by first copying and pasting the article and photos into an MS Word document (after the page size of 6-by-9 and the margins are selected). Or you could convert the on-line article into a pdf. Some typists have the ability to convert that pdf into an MS Word document.

Would you like to help format paragraphs and make the page layout consisent in a large document (100-400 pages)? We have several large documents. (You may find the reading interesting.)

We can suggest one for you, if you'd like.

This volunteer opportunity doesn't require any spelling or proofreading of text. That is already done. We just need some consistent style, such as line spacing between sections and matching paragraph indentions, which we can discuss as you convert the document to a Kindle ebook or paperback format.

Thanks to Kindle, we have all their instructions ready for you to follow.

We are all volunteers, like you.

Our non-profit organization receives little or no income from these books (usually less than $1 a month). The tiny amount earned by sales automatically is donated by Amazon to the non-profit, Association of Universal Philosophy.

Why we are publishing these books is perhaps the most important reason of all. We were asked by angels to "give their words wings and help them go unto the world." We often offer our kindle e-books for free. These ebooks are eagerly accepted by many readers.

That's our wish - and the angels!

We hope you'll join us by volunteering to give the words of spiritual messengers of God wings, that they may go unto the world. Then people who might want to read them can.

It is a loving message. The spiritual messengers of God say, "We have come but for one purpose, and that is to prepare a way for the coming of the Messiah."

"New words shall be written upon the sky, but they must be written in men's hearts first. You have the knowledge. Use of it."
