Do you enjoy meeting new people and learning about different cultures? Do you enjoy sharing your interests, hobbies, and expertise with others? We need caring and open-minded individuals to share their knowledge of Philadelphia’s people, culture, and lifestyle!
The Community Bridge Program provides participants with opportunities to learn about different cultures as well as a chance to share their unique experiences with each other. Moreover, participants are able to build meaningful and lasting relationships as they enjoy activities in their community. Participants are placed into ?community families? that consist of International Gateway students (Drexel’s conditional admittance program), matriculated students, and a Drexel employee or Philadelphia community member. The groups meet once a month from October to May. The families decide on and plan their own activities for each month.
