After completing Hospice Orientation, receive advance grief training which includes, but is not limited to: guidance by our Bereavement Coordinator and/or Social Worker; resourcing podcasts, readings, websites, tours; information on animal companion bereavement; expanded knowledge of hospice materials supporting bereaved.
Such training allows one to assist the Bereavement Coordinator, make presentations to facilities/organizations and provides grief information to support friends and family.
