Volunteer museum lobby greeters are currently needed seven days a week at the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown for the following shifts - 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. or 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. or 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. The Visitor Services Concierge is responsible for: -Welcoming visitors to the museum, directing them to ticketing and group check-in, and answering general questions regarding musuem programs, services, and ticket information -Assisting with queue management and wayfinding for visitors -Assisting Visitor Services Staff with providing scooters, wheelchairs, strollers, etc. -Other duties as assigned
