Volunteer costumed interpreters are currently needed seven days a week at Jamestown Settlement or the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown for the following shifts - 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. or 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. or 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. The costumed interpreter is responsible for: -Greeting, orienting, and assisting visitors with information on scheduled demonstrations, tours, and on-going activities within the site -Presenting and/or assisting with hands-on activities appropriate to site as trained -Maintain tools, equipment, reproduction objects and costume as instructed -Work in costume or professional dress as appropriate to assigned duties -Other duties as assigned
