Health. Fitness. Helping others. Do any of those items appeal to you? Join us for our fitness class!!! This opportunity involves getting our residents actively participating in the exercises with setting up equipment, partaking in classes, providing encouragement. The types of excersize include dancing with instruction from a wii video game, fitness videos taught by Richard Simmons, and basketball during the cooler months! This classs is every Thursday 3:30pm-4:30pm. Come be active and join the Noah Homes Team!

Since 1983, our mission as a nonprofit has been to provide exceptional residential services and opportunities to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This now includes advocacy and community partnership. Our goal is to maximize each individual’s independence in a community environment that fosters dignity and respect, as well as personal and spiritual growth.
Description
Noah Homes provides residential homes and services for adults with developmental disabilities. Promoting security and well being Noah exists to maximize independence by encouraging self-determination within a flourishing environment of dignity, respect, personal growth, and love. Today, there are nearly 90 men and women we like to call "the folks" celebrating life every day on these beautiful grounds.
