Responsibilities for the Park Meadows Administrative Assistant includes organizing paperwork and supplies, computer documentation, and aiding the Community Administrator with any other office-related tasks.

This is an opportunity to work and become familiar with administrative work within a fun and busy environment. With volunteers serving in this capacity, it allots a greater amount of time for the Community Administrator to better serve and engage with residents and staff, in addition to overseeing other tasks vital for the maintenance of the facility and care of our residents. This service opportunity helps to maintain structure and the organization of the Park Meadows Apartments. It is also a fun way to interact and get to know the seniors.
