PLACEMENT PURPOSE
This is a local level mutually supporting leadership position: Local Level Deputy. This position is responsible for supporting the relationship between the Red Cross and MTF,assist with building a sustainable volunteer team of both licensed and non licensed volunteers to work within the MTF, and serve as a role model in leadership for the volunteers and our military partners.
OPEN TIME DAYS
- 6-12 hours weekly, spread out over 2-3 days per week.
- Some flexibility required.
- Volunteer options are Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

- Orientation at the local MTF
-Specific job related training provided by the MTF Program Manager
-MTF related on the job training provided by the local Red Cross
