Interested in Civil rights? Want experience with research and policy advocacy? The report will be an empirical justification for why such a commission is necessary to formulate and recommend major and substantive structural changes in policy to address the legacy of slavery, racial discrimination, and massive current racial disparities in areas such as incarceration, education, employment, and poverty.
