Wild Horse Elementary ESL Class
End of the year party - over 20 students and many American volunteers make this class a success!

Help a foreign student converse and understand American customs. You don't need to speak a foreign language to help a non-native speaker improve his/her English language skills of speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

Help teach an adult to read, write, multiply, or divide. Become a tutor to adult students working towards achieving their High School Equivalency.

It is not necessary to be a certified teacher to volunteer in our adult education classes. Time commitment is usually one or two class sessions per week, usually 2 - 3 hours per class session (morning or evening schedules available). Just two hours of your week can change a student's life!

All tutors are required to attend a volunteer orientation training prior to being placed in a classroom. Please contact our office at 636-891-6649 for more information or visit our website www.prcommunityed.org/ael.
