Capital Area CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Association is a nonprofit organization that recruits, trains and supervise community volunteers to advocate for abused and neglected children in the East Baton Rouge Parish foster care system. CASA urgently needs volunteers in order to continue to provide an advocate for every child who needs one.
No special experience is required other than a willingness to get involved and to learn. Volunteers must be 21 years old. The first step to getting involved is to attend a brief virtual orientation.
Please sign up for one of the 30-minute virtual orientations at https://www.casabr.org/sign-up-for-a-new-volunteer-orientation to learn more and take the first step in becoming a CASA volunteer!
