Volunteer Care Calls are a wonderful way to connect with patients and their family members throughout the Upstate of S.C. Volunteers will commit to call patients twice a month.

Key Tasks:

  • Make calls from our office using a script
  • Making calls on Thursday's to make sure patient has all of the supplies they need for the weekend
  • Documenting calls using the Volunteer Patient Notes
  • Reporting needs to Volunteer Coordinator

Our hospice volunteers come from every walk of life. They play a crucial role within our team.

Our volunteers are able to provide quality, compassionate care through assisstance with many challenges of a terminal illness.

Our volunteers offer companionship, respite care, office support and bereavement care.
