ORGANIZATION: Homestead Hospice

Volunteers NEEDED with Homestead Hospice throughout the Upstate of S.C. Area. Together we will be able to help patients and their families live out their final days to the fullest. As a Homestead Volunteer you can gain experience, and enhance your life knowing that you are serving a critical need in our community. You can make a huge impact on many lives. Your time and experience will help Homestead's patients and families that are living with terminal illness.

Please note that a 2-step TB test, drug screen, and background check are required for all Homestead Hospice volunteers. Volunteers are also asked to make at least a 6-month commitment to volunteer with us.

Our hospice volunteers come from every walk of life. They play a crucial role within our team.

Our volunteers are able to provide quality, compassionate care through assisstance with many challenges of a terminal illness.

Our volunteers offer companionship, respite care, office support and bereavement care.
