Recruiting volunteers to support youth in making positive decisions when dealing with authority figures in particular law enforcement. The airwaves have been fill with examples of African American male/law enforcement encounters ending with negative outcomes. We want to reinforce positive outcomes and support behavior and activities that lead to removing adversarial community relationships.
Potential volunteers will assist in program development, implementation and support. They volunteers will work with a trained theatrical instructor to identify challenges youth face when dealing with law enforcement. Identified challenges will then be developed into theatrical demonstrations on how to properly overcome them and potential consequences.

The mission of Tomorrow's Black Men is to make a positive difference in the lives of troubled and at risk young males. By helping them to raise their standards of living, we wish to introduce and help reinforce the positive morals and values needed to equip these young men, thus enabling them to not only accept but to overcome the challenges that lie ahead of them. We will accomplish this through a professionally supported relationship with caring adults and responsible peers. Today's Black Men, are tomorrow's leaders, and we are committed to preparing them for that responsibility by providing guidance and structured programs that will enable them to become productive individuals thus promoting professional and personal growth.
Tomorrow's Black Men works with troubled and at risk young males by offering educational assistance, technical training, and family strengthening programs. It is our goal to give the individual the needed tools to overcome the challenges that stem from lack of education, job skills and financial instability.
We'll work with your schedule.
