The New Hampshire Sierra Club is a non-profit member-supported, public interest organization that promotes conservation of New Hampshire's natural environment by influencing public policy decisions--legislative, administrative, legal, and electoral. We are looking for volunteers to work 5-10 hours/week with our Development and Membership staff on some really fun projects!
Duties will include assisting with events, fundraising appeals and social media, marketing, retail/merchandise, assisting with data entry and donor acknowledgement and other responsibilities based on the volunteer's and organization's needs.
Interest in environmental issues and nonprofit management
Attention to detail
Strong writing skills
Ability to be self-motivated and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, use of social media including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, a plus
Database experience, a plus
