Northern Virginia Therapeutic Riding Program (NVTRP) provides equine assisted activities for children and adults with disabilities, youth-at-risk, veterans, and their families in an inclusive, community setting.
We have around 17 acres of property with many trees, plants and garden areas that need care. Volunteer help with the upkeep around our structures, pastures, and riding arena. Skills in gardening and knowledge of seasional plant care is desired but not required!
Currently we have volunteer openings on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings!
