The Illinois Medical District (IMD) Guest House is hosting a fundraising golf tournament on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at Seven Bridges Golf Club in Woodridge, IL. IMD Guest House provides affordable lodging to outpatients and the family of patients who are seeking healthcare away from home. All proceeds from our annual Golf Outing go towards the Comfort Fund which allows the Guest House to provide additional financial assistance.
We need volunteers to help at the tournament for several shifts: helping with silent auction setup, greeting golfers, observing play at several golf hole challenges, and helping with silent auction at the end of the evening. Lunch or Dinner will be provided depending on the shift. Volunteers needed for the 9:30a - 12:00p (Auction set-up and Golf Greeter shift), 11:00a - 3:30p (golf course shift) and 3:00p-7:00pm (golf course & dinner/auction shift) or All Day (10:00am - 7:00pm)

Founded in 1999, the Guest House meets the critical need for affordable accommodations for outpatients and loved ones of patients seeking treatment away from home. Providing the comforts of home and the care of community, we are conveniently located in the Illinois Medical District on the campus of the University of Illinois at Chicago giving our guests easy access to our partner hospitals: John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County, Rush University Medical Center, UI Health-Chicago and the University of Chicago Medical Center Hospitals.
