Perform administrative office duties such as: data entry, filing, scanning, copying, faxing, answering phones and emails, provide excellent customer service to everyone; assist students and answer general questions related to the office/department; assist with publicizing events, set-up and break-down during events; process student payments; open and close facility on weekends when applicable; perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Ability to multi-task with good organizational and time management skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information

Description
The Family Violence & Sexual Assault Institute (FVSAI) DBA Institute on Violence, Abuse & Trauma (IVAT) strives to be a comprehensive training and research center addressing interpersonal violence and the implications of trauma. We strive to bridge the gaps between policy, practice and research, and help improve current systems of care by providing direct professional services, program evaluations, consultations and trainings.
