Hospice with Grace needs Volunteers who are looking to make a difference in people's lives. Our compassionate volunteer team takes an individual approach to care. We help the hospice team provide the best quality of life at the end of life. We accomplish this through social interaction, companionship, active listening, and activities. We also can provide assistance by relieving the caregiver. Flexible schedule and hours. Opportunities are available throughout the Houston area; including, Katy, Cypress and Tomball.
We have oppoutunities for filing and office work if that suites you better!

The mission of Hospice with Grace is to provide individualized hospice care with services specially tailored to the physical, social, psychological and spiritual needs of patients with life limiting illness, their families and the community, by delivering high quality and compassionate care.

Hospice with Grace works to provide an oasis of peace and calm for patients as they enter the last months of their lives, letting families focus on spending more time with the patient instead of managing care.
