Want to learn something new, meet new people, and help a local family in need of decent, affordable housing? Barron County Habitat for Humanity is currently building a home in Barron for a family and we need volunteers. Construction days are Tuesday's, Friday's and Saturday's July through December 3, 2016. Shift hours are Tuesday's 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm; Friday and Saturday's shift hours are 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. We are seeking 3 -5 individuals to become volunteers per shift at the build site.

Description
Barron County Habitat for Humanity builds and renovates homes in partnership with low-income families currently living in inadequate shelter and sells the completed homes to the families with affordable no-interest loans. Homes are built using donated funds and materials and volunteer labor.
