Volunteers serve as our frontline customer service representative and interact directly with the reception staff and security team. Primary responsibilities are to greet members entering the hospital and issue a "Visitor’s Pass" and map to help guide them to their destination. Volunteer will treat each visitor with respect and kindness, practicing active listening to assess visitors’ needs and contribute to the best care experience possible.


  • Be able to work well in busy, demanding situations while maintaining a high level of customer service

  • Comply with dress code
  • Scheduled Shifts in Hospital:
    • Times: 8am - 12pm, 12pm-4pm, 4pm-8pm; Days: Daily
  • Scheduled Shifts in Medical Office Building:
    • Times: 8:30am - 12:30pm, 12:30pm-4:30pm; Days: Monday - Friday
