In this role, the primary responsibility is to support the Training Coordinator by planning, and coordinating intern/volunteer training and development.
Responsibilities:
Prepare training documentation such as training manuals, notes for participants, questionnaires and other support materials
Schedule training sessions and send notification to participants
Coordinate the preparation of training sessions, find training rooms, ensure all necessary equipment and catering arrangements as well
Inform participants or employees about training demands and other important aspects
Participate at training sessions and also fill in for the manager when he is unable to attend
Keep records about each training course and also participants
- Preparing and distributing training certificates for those who attended the class
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in the following fields of study: Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Change Management, or Career Development
- Must be classified as a Junior or Senior or graduate student
Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading skills
Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc).
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly organized and able to manage multiple ongoing projects
Excellent time management skills
- Ability to speak in public
