Intern/Volunteer Training Coordinator Assistant Intern

In this role, the primary responsibility is to support the Training Coordinator by planning, and coordinating intern/volunteer training and development.

• Prepare training documentation such as training manuals, notes for participants, questionnaires and other support materials

• Schedule training sessions and send notification to participants

• Coordinate the preparation of training sessions, find training rooms, ensure all necessary equipment and catering arrangements as well

• Inform participants or employees about training demands and other important aspects

• Participate at training sessions and also fill in for the manager when he is unable to attend

• Keep records about each training course and also participants

• Preparing and distributing training certificates for those who attended the class

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in the following fields of study: Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Change Management, or Career Development

• Must be classified as a Junior or Senior or graduate student

• Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading skills

• Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc).

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple ongoing projects

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to speak in public
