Help us make Memory Bears, for our hospice patients' family, out of clothing! As part of the

bereavement program, we offer Memory Bears to our patients loved ones. We will collect the clothing.

from the family and then YOU can sew/make the Memory Bear! Once the Memory Bear is made, we

deliver it to the family. This is a great way for the family to have something to cherish and hold onto

of their loved one. You must have your own sewing machine. Please contact Katie Blanchard at Gentiva
Hospice of Wake County to find out more! 919-233-1100
