Do you breathe? We want kids to breathe and need your help!
Healthy Hoops Kentucky is offering a free event for children ages 7-14 with asthma and their family. The event provides health screenings, free lunch, games, and basketball clinic with University of Louisville Basketball player Darrell Griffith and other celebrity coaches and players. The scheduled event date is Saturday, September 22, 2018 Central High School, 1130 West Chestnut Street. We need volunteers to set up the day before and event day!

Mission Statement
The mission of Healthy Hoops Kentucky is to change the lives of children with asthma by providng education in a fun athletic inviroment which encourages participants to learn how to live active lives with the disease.
Description
Healthy Hoops(r) Kentucky is an asthma awareness program in Jefferson County that teaches asthmatic children between the ages of 7 and 14 and their families, how to manage the disease through the correct use of medication, managing triggers in the home, healthy eating, and exercise.
